Our ice creams are made with fresh Guernsey milk and cream taken from our dairy. We have 90 Guernsey cows which produce the creamy milk which is a golden colour and has a unique flavour which enables us to produce Kelsmor Gold, a traditional dairy ice cream with no added flavours. This gorgeous ice cream is lovely on its own or as a compliment to a dessert. Our fruit ice creams are made using the best quality fruit purées or fresh fruit sourced locally when possible.
We have a wide variety of flavours, including a selection of seasonal specials which change according to the season and the availability of local ingredients.
The Dinner Party range is a new addition and has more luxurious flavours such as Blackcurrant with crème de cassis, and Apricot with amaretti.
