Ice Cream

Milk and cream is basis of the mix from which we produce a wide range of flavours. The milk makes  a short journey from the milking parlour to the dairy where cream is separated and the process of ice cream making begins.
The rich flavour and colour shows through
We produce traditional flavours and also some that are more unusual, Apricot and Amaretti    is one which has proved to be particularly popular. Susan is constantly experimenting and adding new flavours to the range. In 2011 we began to develop flavours using products from other small local food producers, Old Grove Cider from Ledbury and fudge from Ruby’s Kitchen in Worcestershire being two new flavours introduced this year. In 2012 we hope to expand the “Local Flavours” further.
