Our latest venture is to provide freezer packs of Guernsey Beef. These have been well received by our customers as the meat is lean, tender and full of flavour. The beef is hung for 3 weeks then vacuum packed ready for the freezer.

The pack is a mixture of joints (Topside, Silverside, Brisket, Top Rump, Chuck roast, slow roast), which weigh 1.5Kg each; 8 oz steaks (rump, sirloin, ribeye & fillet) in packs of two; mince, braising steak and diced for casseroles or stew in 500g packs.
We collect the meat in a refrigerated van and deliver to your door the same day. If you require Ice Cream as well, this can be delivered at the same time.

Our delivery area covers Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire, Wiltshire, North Somerset, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and south Northamptonshire.

Outside of these areas, we can use a courier, although there will be an additional delivery charge for this.

The Boxes come in two sizes, a 20Kg box, at £5.30 per Kg, or in a smaller 12Kg box at £7.00 per Kg.
